Shipping and Handling

We use Canada Post for shipments within Canada.   Orders from United States will be shipped via either UPS or Purolator.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship via ground service.

We only ship to commercial addresses excluding PO boxes and parcel forwarding services.  For web orders on printers, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE UPS OR ANY OTHER CHOICE FOR ANOTHER MAJOR SHIPPER.

Order Processing

Orders of in stock items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours excluding holidays.   If an item is out of stock,  a notification email will be sent with an estimated lead time.

Please note that the chosen shipping service only indicates the transit time and doesn’t reflect order processing time.

Transit Time

For standard service, please allow a delivery time of

2 business days within the greater Toronto area

3-4 business days to Northern Ontario,  Quebec and Maritime provinces

5-6 business days to western provinces or remote areas

Any custom orders may take up to 20 business days to be shipped.  An estimate on lead time will be provided upon request once production commences.

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipping to the United Staes, any duties, taxes and import charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.  Such fees will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Additional Information

If you wish to use your own courier please provide us with an account number for the collect shipment.   A small service fee may apply.

The shipping charge is determined by the weight and the destination.

We only ship to Canada and USA at the moment.
