Shipping: Custom Card Canada provides fast, reliable, delivery to all Canadian destinations by reputable small parcel delivery service, mostly by Canpar.  The same applies to shipments to all US destinations, generally via Standard UPS 3 day service.   

The following conditions apply:

We ship to all Canadian destinations include Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, British Columbia and the Prairie provinces. Some distant destinations may attract extra shipping charges or longer delivery times. Priority shipping is available.

All Orders are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Priority shipping is available. Other destinations, please inquire.

All orders under $100 will be assessed a $10.00 handling fee in addition to actual shipping charges. Above $100.00, all orders will be charged the actual shipping charges.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation: Has my order shipped?

You will receive confirmation (with a tracking number, if available) when your order ships.

For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.

Product picture is a representation of the product, the actual product may differ slightly.

Refused Shipments: What if I refuse a shipment once it has been shipped?

All refused shipments will be assessed a $25.00 shipping and handling fee in addition to all shipping costs associated with the order.

Returns:

Custom Card Canada will not accept returns on Opened Software, Opened Ribbons, Open Accessories, Printers, ID Systems and Custom Orders. Orders incorrectly shipped will be issued an immediate RA. All shipping costs will ofcourse be paid by Custom Card Canada should there be an error in processing the original order.

All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Custom Card Canada recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns Custom Card Canada offers free sales support to ensure you are getting the product you desire. Custom Card Canada provides full support after shipment so that you get up and running as quickly as possible with new printers. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer to be serviced under warranty. Please contact us for any questions you may have.

International Orders: How do I place an order to be shipped outside of Canada or the United States?

All international order (except those destined to the United States) require a 100% pre-payment via money order or wire transfer. If making payment by Bank Wire Transfer, we will provide information upon request. Credit Card payments and checks are not accepted for international orders. If you are requesting a quote, please specify the form of payment you will use in the body of your letter. We take great care in investigating each order.

Cancellations: How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, contact us between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Standard, Monday through Friday. Please note that for custom orders, canceling may not always be possible if work has been performed. Also, depending on the time, your stock order may not be able to be cancelled if it has already been processed and packaged.

Sales Taxes: Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to charge PST (provincial sales tax - 8%) on orders shipped within the Province of Ontario and GST (5%) on all orders shipped within Canada. Other provincial sales taxes may apply. No taxes apply to goods shipped to the United States. All goods destined for the United States are shipped from our United States warehouse.

Paypal: Do you accept Paypal?

We are pleased to accept Paypal as a method of payment. Custom Card Canada will normally send you an electronic email with an itemized invoice and then email a Paypal request for payment that will match the invoice sent.


Credit Card Policies: How can I pay by credit card?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Each credit card company has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (seller) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the "buyer" must adhere which could include proof that you are the "in fact card holder" by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with credit card company database that we can verify).

Please NOTE: We do not process charges online in real time due to the high level of Internet fraud. We only process your credit card upon verification with your bank or issuing Credit Card Company; you may also receive an email from our Credit Card Merchant Processor noting any charge activity or credits to your account.

  1. Credit Card Authorization Form
    • For all card printers and orders over $250, we require you complete a credit card charge authorization form.
  2. Bill to Address Policy
    • Our Merchant system is secure and requires that we verify with the issuing bank the "registered billing address" prior to approval or shipment of your order. This is according to documentation determined by the credit card Company that requires us to ship to the verifiable billing address only.
  3. Ship to Address Policy
    • An Alternative “ship to” address can be established if you wish. In some cases you may have to contact your credit card issuer and add an "Alternative Shipping Address" that can be verified by a merchant such as Custom Card Canada. This is an address that allows us upon authorization by the credit card Company to ship to a different address than the registered billing address.
  4. Fraud
    • We thank you for your business and hope that you understand that in today's times with the level of Internet credit card fraud approaching billions of dollars in losses, we must adhere to the policies of the issuing credit card Company. These at time can require further documentation than that of just an online transaction (copy of credit card, ID or both).
