All the equipment we sell carries the manufacturers' original warranty. When you receive your equipment save the Warranty along with your invoice and other documentation.
Custom Card Canada only passes on to you THE MANUFACTURER’S ORIGINAL WARRANTY and does not provide additional warranty protection.
If adjustments or repair are required, please follow the instructions given by the manufacturer of the equipment in the printed material that came with the equipment. You will need to provide proof of purchase, model and serial number and a statement as to the problem and return the equipment prepaid to the service depot indicated. You may contact us at 1-877-840-0571 if you need help with this process. Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the equipment's performance. No warranty is given to normal wear items such as batteries, ribbons, printheads, cards, dot matrix printer pins and other normal wear items as determined by service facility.

Additional warranty information (Printers)
Custom Card Canada does not warranty damage during shipment. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for visible damage prior to accepting delivery and noting such damage on the waybill. If goods are damaged after opening the package a claim needs to be filed will the carrier usually within two working days after opening the package. Please let us know if the goods arrived damaged.
No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages caused by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or radio waves. To protect your equipment we recommend that you install surge protectors.
Our goal is to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will give a top priority service to all warranty requests.
The foregoing obligations are in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities including negligence and all warranties, of merchantability or otherwise, expressed or implied in fact or by law, and state our entire and exclusive liability and buyer's exclusive remedy for any claim of damages in connection with the sale or furnishings of goods or parts, their design, suitability for use, installation or operation, we will in no event be liable for any special or consequential damages whatsoever, and our liability under no circumstances will exceed the contract price for the goods for which liability is claimed
Additional warranty information (Printed Cards)
WARRANTY on products printed by Custom Card Canada are manufactured using the finest materials, equipment and modern techniques available. Close personal attention is given to your order to assure it conforms to your copy, specifications, and our own high standards. We, therefore, warrant all merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will promptly replace any unsatisfactory items. Printing errors on proofs approved by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. We do not guarantee exact color matches. Claims must be made within 30 days after shipment. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective merchandise returned and approval by CCC is required prior to return of merchandise. If merchandise is distributed by customer and is not returnable to factory, customer will be considered as having received full value, even though a defect is discovered after distribution has begun.
